CODE OF CONDUCT

Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers. PHOTOGRAPHY

We take photos at our events. Some of these photos will be used on our website. We seek to respect your privacy and ask that if you do not want your photo to appear on SVAI to please email us.

COMMUNICATIONS

By signing up or applying to any SVAI events, you will automatically be added to SVAI’s future communications.

PROMOTIONS

We do not make announcements for non-SVAI events or conferences at our gatherings. Distribution of flyers, printed media or other non SVAI related materials is not allowed at our events. 

ATTENDING

Our gathers are limited to registered participants. You MUST be pre-registered to attend. Please bring a valid ID for entry. You do not need to print a paper ticket. We typically will be check attendees in inthe building lobby.
