I am cofounder and Chief Operating Officer doc.ai, a computing linguistic company building medical dialogue systems and intelligent conversational agents for the next-generation personalized healthcare. I cofounded Scanadu Inc. where I served as VP of communications until April 2016. Scanadu is developing a suite of medical grade devices for the consumer market.
Avesh Singh is a Software Engineer at Cardiogram. He was the 1st ML engineering hire, and his work is focused on DNN model training, data generation, and database work. Aves graduated from Carnegie Mellon University. About Cardiogram: Cardiogram uses deep learning to detect signs of heart disease from the Apple Watch. We're building a personal healthcare companion. In a clinical study with UCSF Cardiology, our deep neural network achieved a 97% accuracy (AUC) in detecting the most common heart arthythmia on a set of patients coming into the hospital.
